Procyon, an independent registered investment advisory firm, has acquired Elite Retirement Consultants, LLC (“ERC”), a wealth management firm based in Sparta, New Jersey. The transaction also brings ERC’s affiliated tax and accounting practice, Dispenziere & Associates, LLC (“D&A”), into the Procyon platform, pairing D&A’s tax expertise with Procyon’s wealth management capabilities.
