Bio

Brittany is a Client Service Associate at Procyon, where she supports the firm’s advisors and clients with organization, care, and follow-through. Her role includes maintaining accurate records, processing client documentation, and assisting with account transactions, all while ensuring that each experience reflects the firm’s commitment to excellence.

Brittany graduated from Spring Arbor University with degrees in Pre-Med and Computer Science. Her early work in healthcare data sparked a lasting interest in combining technical precision with human connection. After five years in the healthcare field, she transitioned to finance, where she applies her analytical mindset and interpersonal skills to create a seamless client experience.

At Procyon, Brittany values the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to their financial success through collaboration and thoughtful service.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and trying new recipes.
