Bio

Djamy joined Procyon in 2026, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, along with a strong background in client service, operations, and regulatory compliance oversight. She holds an MBA from West Chester University, where she developed the analytical, operational, and leadership foundation that continues to shape her work today.

Throughout her career, Djamy has expanded her expertise in compliance testing and monitoring, regulatory research, and the development of policies and procedures that help firms operate with integrity and efficiency. She is passionate about combining problem-solving with operational strategy and fiduciary responsibility, with a focus on strengthening compliance frameworks while supporting a strong client experience and maintaining the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

One of Djamy’s favorite aspects of the industry is the collaborative nature of the work. She enjoys partnering across teams, navigating complex challenges, and contributing to solutions that create smoother and stronger experiences for both advisors and clients.

Outside of work, Djamy enjoys discovering new restaurants and learning about different cultures through travel and documentaries. Originally from Guinea, West Africa, and raised in Benin, she has a deep appreciation for diversity, community, and meaningful connection. She recently relocated to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and is excited to be part of the continued growth and future of Procyon.
