Dr. Tim Tenneriello

Bio

Tim serves as a Managing Principal at Procyon, where he combines academic expertise with practical leadership to help guide the firm’s growth and vision. His approach integrates human resources, business administration, and organizational development, creating a culture that emphasizes excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

Tim holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from the University of Michigan, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas, a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Liberty University, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan. He also maintains a Series 65 license and SHRM-CP certification. His diverse educational background provides a broad perspective on both business strategy and human performance.

Before joining Procyon, Tim began his career as an educator and later transitioned into business leadership, where he found his passion for helping organizations and individuals reach their potential. He is the author of The Special Sauce: Secrets of Successful Schools, which explores the principles of effective leadership and growth.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys traveling, reading, and attending sporting events. He and his wife, Holly, are proud parents of two children and enjoy spending time together as a family.
