Elizabeth is the Director of Talent and Culture at Procyon, where she leads initiatives that strengthen the firm’s people, culture, and community. She is dedicated to creating an environment where employees feel supported, connected, and empowered to do their best work.

Elizabeth oversees firmwide programs focused on engagement, collaboration, and professional development, and she plays a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and internal communication. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, integrity, and a belief that a strong culture is essential to delivering exceptional client service.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education. She brings her passion for wellness and people development into every aspect of her work, helping employees grow personally and professionally.

Elizabeth and her husband, Jesse, live in Michigan with their three daughters. They are active in their local church and support mission work in South Africa.
