Bio

Gabby is the Chief Administrative Officer at Procyon, where she focuses on building thoughtful infrastructure to support the firm’s people, growth, and operational excellence. Her work spans a range of internal initiatives including advisor transitions, talent development, and organizational planning  – all with the goal of creating an environment where both employees and the business can thrive.

Before joining Procyon, Gabby spent six years at Dynasty Financial Partners as a Relationship Manager, working closely with independent RIA firms to help them refine their business strategy, focus on growth, streamline internal workflows and processes, and enhance the client experience. She began her career at Raymond James and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Gabby is passionate about shaping strong firm culture, supporting high-performing teams, and translating strategy into meaningful, people-centered action. She lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
