Bio

Hayden Barnes joined Procyon in 2026 as Advisor Transitions and Integrations Manager, bringing with her a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation. She began her career as a client coordinator at a family office in Birmingham, where she spent over six years building a strong foundation in client relationships, operational coordination, and the day-to-day systems that keep a firm running smoothly.

She later joined Savant Wealth Management as a Senior Client Service Associate and Team Lead for the Alabama offices, an experience that deepened her expertise in cross-functional collaboration and process improvement. At Procyon, Hayden brings that same dedication to every team and advisor she supports. She is most passionate about building processes that make the experience better for everyone involved and finds the most meaning in her work when the people around her feel confident, supported, and ready to do their best work.

Outside of work, Hayden resides in Birmingham, AL with her wife and their two rescue dogs, Buzz and Woody. She loves live music, sporting events, and traveling with friends and family.
