Bio

Jeff Wilson joined Procyon as Director of Investment Operations. He has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of investment operations and client service. His areas of expertise include investment operations, process improvement, client implementation, and team leadership. Much of his work centers on building operating environments that support a strong client experience.

Jeff earned his BA at Hamilton College and later completed his MBA at Northeastern University. He began his career in asset management operations, which he saw as his way into the investment industry. From there he moved into increasingly complex leadership roles, deepening his experience across both investment operations and client service. Across these roles, Jeff has consistently taken on responsibility for designing and refining the workflows, controls, and reporting structures that support day-to-day investment operations, while building out and mentoring operations teams.

Jeff was born and raised in Massachusetts and now lives in Swampscott with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time with family, golfing and skiing.
