Bio

Jenny serves as a Talent and Culture Associate at Procyon, where she helps foster an inclusive, engaging, and collaborative workplace. She designs and supports initiatives that strengthen communication, employee experience, and company culture. Jenny partners closely with leadership and staff across departments to ensure that Procyon remains a place where people feel valued and connected to the firm’s mission.

Jenny began her career as an Executive Administrative Assistant, quickly earning recognition for her organization, warmth, and ability to bring people together. Her work across Administration, HR, Operations, Hospitality, and Marketing gave her a broad understanding of the firm’s inner workings and positioned her for her current role in Talent and Culture. Before joining Procyon, she spent fifteen years in the school system, where she became known for her dedication and care.

Jenny and her husband, Wally, have been married for twenty-eight years and are proud parents of four children. They enjoy walks, bike rides, and traveling to visit their family. Jenny’s compassion and steady leadership continue to make her an essential part of the Procyon team.
