John Marchisotta is a Managing Partner and Executive Managing Director at Procyon, where he brings over 30 years of executive leadership and fiduciary-based wealth management expertise to both the firm and its clients.

Before joining Procyon, John served for over 17 years as the CEO and Managing Partner of Pivotal Planning Group, LLC, where he successfully grew the firm into one of the country’s leading CPA owned advisory firms.

Since the merger with Procyon in 2021, John has been a key member of the executive leadership team, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s rapid growth. He has contributed strategically and developed Procyon’s M&A consulting practice, collaborating closely with business owners seeking to monetize their life’s work. Additionally, John has been instrumental in shaping Procyon’s Outsourced Family Office model and expanding the firm’s Trust & Estate Planning divisions.

Beyond his professional achievements, John is deeply committed to his community on Long Island, supporting a range of charitable causes including cancer research, education, children in need, military veterans, first responders, and research into Parkinson’s and dementia. His commitment is especially evident in his involvement with his alma mater, St. Anthony’s High School in Huntington, NY, where John, his wife Stephanie, and their two sons, John III and Joseph, are alumni. Their daughter will soon continue the family tradition as a member of the class of 2029. John serves on the Board of St. Anthony’s and, alongside Stephanie, is a donor and the Founder of the school’s Planned Giving Program.

John, Stephanie, and their three children reside in Fort Salonga, NY.
