Katherine Kelly

Principal, Senior Vice President, Director of Client Service

Bio

Katherine has been a dedicated financial professional since 2012. Graduating from St. Lawrence University in 2011 with majors in Government and Psychology, she seamlessly blends analytical insight with an understanding of human behavior to navigate the financial industry. To further her expertise and build upon her passion for client service, she earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) designation in 2014 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) designation in 2019.

Katherine’s optimism and dedication in overseeing operations stem from her commitment to ensuring that clients’ experiences are met with patience and understanding. Prior to joining Procyon in 2025, Katherine operated as the Head of Human Resources, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President at Wooster Corthell, an RIA based in Glastonbury, CT, for three years.

In her spare time, Katherine enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Dan, and their two children. When not exploring the great outdoors, she can often be found immersed in the emotional world of theater.
