Katherine Kelly

Bio

Katherine has been a dedicated professional in the financial industry since 2012. She graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2011 with a double major in Government and Psychology. Katherine discovered her passion for client service early in her career, which led her to earn the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) designation in 2014 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) designation in 2019.

Katherine’s optimism and dedication in overseeing operations stem from her commitment to ensuring that clients’ experiences are met with patience and understanding. Prior to joining Procyon in 2025, Katherine operated as the Head of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer at Wooster Corthell, an RIA based in Glastonbury, CT, for three years.

In her spare time, Katherine enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Dan, and their two children. When not exploring the great outdoors, she can often be found immersed in the emotional world of theater.
