Bio

Lindsay serves as a Business Services Associate at Procyon, where she supports the firm’s operations and plays a key role in ensuring a seamless, well-coordinated client and employee experience. Her role requires managing multiple priorities at once, supporting daily workflows, and adapting quickly to evolving needs across the firm.

A graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, Lindsay earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She brings experience from both the purchasing and education sectors, where she developed strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach to supporting teams in fast-paced environments.

Known for her calm presence and attention to detail, Lindsay provides support across scheduling, event coordination, and internal resource organization, while frequently assisting financial advisors and client service associates with ad-hoc requests, reporting, and special projects. She takes anticipating needs in stride, balancing competing demands, and helping ensure that both client interactions and internal operations reflect the firm’s high standards of professionalism and care.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys reading thriller novels, baking cakes and cookies, savoring a good espresso, and spending time with family and friends.
