Makayla earned her degree in Liberal Studies from Bay Path University, where she honed the skills that now support her success in client service. She entered the financial industry in 2021 and quickly found her stride, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence.

Makayla joined Procyon in 2025 as a Client Service Associate, bringing her dedication, attention to detail, and focus on helping clients.

When she is not ensuring that client requests are met, Makayla enjoys getting lost in a good book or spending quality time with her family and friends.
