Natalia Fronsaglia

Bio

Natalia serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client service needs and is responsible for the project management and execution of tasks throughout the plan year. She is committed to helping clients navigate the increasingly complex employee benefits landscape by building trusted relationships and operating as an extension of their benefits team.

Prior to joining Procyon, Natalia has served in similar client support roles at other employee benefits consulting firms where she gained experience in compliance, vendor management, benefit implementations, evaluating non-health plan solutions, and M&A. Equally important, she has supported clients of all sizes in a myriad of industries.

Natalia graduated from the University of Connecticut (Storrs) with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management and Insurance Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She currently resides in Connecticut with her husband, Matthew, and pet cat, Ajax.
