Gabby is the Chief Administrative Officer at Procyon, where she focuses on building thoughtful infrastructure to support the firm’s people, growth, and operational excellence. Her work spans a range of internal initiatives including advisor transitions, talent development, and organizational planning  – all with the goal of creating an environment where both employees and the business can thrive.

Before joining Procyon, Gabby spent six years at Dynasty Financial Partners as a Relationship Manager, working closely with independent RIA firms to help them refine their business strategy, focus on growth, streamline internal workflows and processes, and enhance the client experience. She began her career at Raymond James and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Gabby is passionate about shaping strong firm culture, supporting high-performing teams, and translating strategy into meaningful, people-centered action. She lives in Tampa, Florida, with her husband and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Marc’s diverse career has always focused on ensuring client satisfaction. As Director of Business Services at Procyon, he oversees a team responsible for managing various non-client functions, including marketing, finance, technology, human resources, real estate, and compliance. Additionally, Marc takes charge of strategic multi-year projects, cross-functional reporting, and provides ad-hoc strategy support to the larger organization.

Prior to joining Procyon, Marc worked at Bridgewater Associates as a consultant, where he specialized in technical writing, supporting dev/ops teams, and documenting processes. Throughout his career, Marc has held management positions in retail management, led operations for mid-sized financial firms, and provided marketing, administrative, and technology services for start-ups in the healthcare, technology, and finance sectors.
Marc holds a B.S. degree from Syracuse University.

With his extensive experience in various industries, and his dedication to client satisfaction and strategic planning, Marc plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of Procyon’s business operations. His expertise in managing diverse teams and projects adds value to the organization.

Outside of work, Marc and his family reside in Westport, CT. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, skiing, gardening, and even indulges in baking the occasional sourdough bread.

Amanda is a receptionist at Procyon, often being the first person that clients meet when they contact or visit the New Jersey office. With many years of experience in client relations, she understands the importance of providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming, positive experience for every client.

Leveraging her experience from Elite Retirement Consultants, LLC, Amanda is able to handle client inquiries and help coordinate between clients and the team. She keeps things running smoothly in the office and ensures that clients get the information and support they need when they reach out. Her ability to quickly understand client needs and connect them with the right people helps set a positive tone for every client interaction.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and son, going to the beach with a good book, trivia games, and caring for her beloved guinea pigs Morrison and Eren. Family time is especially important to her, and she values every opportunity to spend time with them.
