Phil is a highly experienced individual with over 30 years of expertise in providing investment consulting services to institutions and high-net-worth families. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Procyon, he brings his extensive financial knowledge to the firm, focusing on firm-wide management, leadership & Nationwide expansion.

Before co-founding Procyon, Phil held the position of Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at UBS. During his time there, he led the FDG Group, which was a prominent Institutional Consulting and Private Wealth Team. He also served as a member of the Institutional Consulting Group, Advisory Council, Senior Institutional Consultant, and a Senior Retirement Plan Consultant at UBS. In addition, Phil held the role of Co-Chair of the UBS Corporate Development Advisory Board and its Retirement Advisory Council.

Phil has received several accolades for his accomplishments in the financial industry. While at UBS, the Financial Times named him one of their Top 400 US Advisors in 2014, and he was also listed as one of Barron’s Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in 2015. Due to his success and expertise, Phil is often invited to speak at national retirement conferences and media interviews, where he shares his knowledge on RIA M&A (Registered Investment Advisor mergers and acquisitions).

Phil has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Hartford. He has also earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Certified Retirement Plans Counselor (CRPC®) certifications from the College for Financial Planning. These certifications were obtained through the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Outside of work, Phil resides in Westport, CT, with his wife and their two sons. He enjoys golfing, working out, and participating in exotic car rallies and shows.

Jeff brings a wealth of experience in guiding the wealth of both individual and institutional clients through various market cycles, starting from 1999. As a co-founder of Procyon, he has played a key role in the firm’s establishment and success.
Before joining Procyon, Jeff worked at the FDG Group at UBS, where he held multiple positions, including Senior Portfolio Manager, Wealth Advisor, Institutional Consultant, and Senior Retirement Plan Consultant. Prior to that, he spent a decade at Merrill Lynch, serving as both an advisor and a resident director responsible for overseeing a team of advisors in an office.

In addition to his financial expertise, Jeff is also a decorated veteran, having earned his B.S. degree from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy. He furthered his education by obtaining an M.B.A. from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation.

Jeff’s commitment to the financial planning profession is evident through his board level involvement in various organizations.  He served on the Board of Directors of both the Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB), and the CFP Board (CFPB) helping to guide the organizations as they grew the profession to over 230,000 CFPs worldwide. For many semesters , Jeff shared his knowledge and expertise as an adjunct Professor at Fairfield University, teaching undergraduates about financial matters.

Outside of work, Jeff resides in Tennessee with his wife. He has a passion for soccer and enjoys participating in all water sports.

Lou has been dedicated to developing retirement planning strategies for a diverse range of private clients and providing consulting services to retirement plans since 2001. His expertise lies in working with business owners, medical professionals, and executives, helping them simplify their financial lives by creating customized solutions that align with their unique goals and aspirations. At Procyon, Lou also takes charge of overseeing the private client service experience, ensuring it exceeds clients’ expectations and addresses their current and future needs.

Before co-founding Procyon, Lou gained valuable experience at UBS as a member of the FDG Group, as well as at Merrill Lynch. Prior to entering the financial services industry, Lou pursued a professional tennis career for six years. He holds a B.S. degree in Finance, which he earned from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Lou resides in Orange, CT, with his wife and two children. He has a passion for sports, likely stemming from his tennis background, and enjoys engaging in various athletic activities. Lou also finds pleasure in gardening.

Tom has an extensive background in the retirement industry, starting from 1992. He specializes in meeting the needs of institutional clients by providing effective plan design, investment management, and participant education for both qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Prior to co-founding Procyon, Tom worked at the FDG Group at UBS, where he was an integral part of the Institutional Consulting and Retirement Plan Consulting Groups. He also gained valuable experience in the Retirement Financial Services division at HSBC Bank USA, where he was recognized for his innovative plan design strategies. Tom’s expertise and contributions led to his invitation to serve multiple cycles as a member of the company’s prestigious President’s Council.

Tom holds a B.A. degree in Economics, which he earned from SUNY Stony Brook. He has also obtained the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation, further demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence.

Residing in New York with his family, Tom enjoys golfing in his leisure time. He is also an avid supporter of his three children’s sporting events, actively participating in their activities.

Chris has an extensive background in wealth management, beginning his career in 2008. He is one of the Founding Partners of Procyon, where he plays a crucial role in serving institutional investors. Chris specializes in retirement plan consulting for both qualified and non-qualified plans, catering to a diverse range of clients that include some of the nation’s top companies.

As a retirement plan consulting specialist, Chris has developed a deep understanding of analytics, retirement plan design, and fiduciary best practices. He leads Procyon’s Investment Analyst group, providing clients with valuable insights on how these factors can enhance employee retirement outcomes and minimize organizational risk.

Before co-founding Procyon, Chris held several significant roles at the FDG Group within UBS. He served as a Senior Wealth Strategist, Institutional Analyst, and Senior Retirement Plan Consultant. During his time there, he was an active member of the firm’s Institutional and Retirement Plan Consulting Groups, contributing his expertise to the benefit of clients.

Chris obtained a B.S. degree in Finance and a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. He has further enhanced his professional qualifications by earning the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designations.

Chris’s extensive experience, qualifications, and dedication to serving institutional clients make him a valuable asset in the field of wealth management and retirement plan consulting. His expertise in investment analytics, plan design, and fiduciary best practices positions him well to guide clients towards achieving their financial goals while mitigating risk.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Chris resides in Glastonbury, CT, with his wife and two sons. He enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, engaging in outdoor activities such as skiing and golfing, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle.
