Holly joined Procyon as Director of Procyon Tax with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the National Association of Tax Professionals and plays a role in enhancing Procyon’s in-house tax services. Holly works closely with individuals and business owners, providing tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services tailored to their unique needs.

Holly began her career with Dispenziere & Associates LLC while earning her degree in accounting from Montclair State University. She has developed extensive expertise in tax preparation and planning for both individuals and businesses, while maintaining a strong understanding of how changing tax laws affect client strategy. Holly also plays a role in reviewing and overseeing the work of others on the team, helping maintain consistency and accuracy across client filings. Her ability to translate complex tax issues into clear, actionable guidance makes her a resource for both clients and colleagues navigating more difficult tax situations.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She has a passion for creative and crafty projects, enjoys working in her garden, and is always looking for new ways to express her creativity.

Sal joined Procyon as a Certified Public Accountant. Previously serving as Senior Partner at Dispenziere & Associates LLC, he brings more than 40 years of experience in accounting and tax services for businesses and individuals, along with tax planning and consulting. Sal holds an accounting degree from William Paterson University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, and the National Association of Tax Practitioners; further reflecting his deep expertise across the accounting and tax profession.

As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA®), Sal’s primary focus is helping clients navigate their accounting and tax needs with clarity and confidence. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions with several Fortune 500 companies and served on the executive boards of numerous small businesses, giving him a well-rounded perspective that allows him to offer clients insight far beyond traditional accounting. Sal prioritizes accuracy and clarity in his work, helping clients understand the reasoning behind recommendations and make informed decisions moving forward.

Outside of work Sal enjoys family time with his wife, seven children and thirteen grandchildren.

Toni joined Procyon as a Tax and Accounting Associate, aiding in the enhancement of Procyon’s in-house tax services. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Physiology from William Paterson University.  Her experience from Dispenziere & Associates LLC, combined with her broader background in the financial services industry, has given her a unique understanding of both the accounting and tax profession, allowing her to provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues alike.

Toni’s strength lies in coordinating client information and maintaining precision in accounting and tax work, providing reliable support throughout the process. Her accounting knowledge, organizational abilities, and meticulous attention to detail make her a valuable resource for clients. Toni ensures that every client receives a high level of service and care through her combination of technical expertise and thoughtful approach.

Outside of work, Toni enjoys staying active through exercise and spending as much time as possible with her husband and four sons. Whether attending sporting events, school activities, or family gatherings, she treasures every opportunity to support and spend time with her family.

Sonia joined Procyon as a Tax Client Service Associate, where she plays an integral part in delivering a seamless client experience in Procyon’s in-house tax services. As a primary point of contact for tax clients, she coordinates the tax return preparation and delivery, manages client communications, and helps support the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Drawing on her experience at Dispenziere & Associates LLC and years in the banking, mortgage, and real estate industries, Sonia’s strong organizational skills and communication abilities help clients navigate the tax preparation process efficiently. She quickly grasps each client’s unique situation and tax circumstances, allowing her to address inquiries clearly and keep clients informed throughout the process. With a strong focus on client service and operational efficiency, Sonia brings dedication to everything she does.

Outside the office, Sonia enjoys cooking and entertaining, spending time on the lake, biking, and making memories with family and friends.

Vaughn joined Procyon as a Tax and Accounting Associate, aiding in the enhancement of Procyon’s in-house tax services. His background includes experience at Dispenziere & Associates LLC and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Montclair State University.

During his time at Montclair State University, Vaughn developed valuable leadership and financial management skills while serving as Treasurer for his fraternity and for the Interfraternity Council. These roles provided hands-on experience managing budgets, overseeing financial activities, and working collaboratively with diverse groups of individuals. Vaughn also brings a strong foundation in accounting and finance to his role and is committed to helping clients with their accounting and financial needs. He is known for his positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to delivering quality work.

Outside of work, Vaughn enjoys staying active through soccer, golf, tennis, and fitness. In his free time, he can often be found fishing, spending time at the beach, or enjoying time with friends and family. As a lifelong resident of Sparta, NJ, Vaughn values being part of the local community and building relationships with the people and businesses he serves.

She brings professional experience from her work at Dispenziere & Associates LLC, along with a degree in accounting from The College of New Jersey that provides her a strong foundation in tax and accounting principles.

Alison supports tax preparation and accounting functions, delivering thoughtful and reliable service to clients. She brings careful attention to detail to her work, supporting accuracy in filings and providing clear guidance for clients navigating their tax situations. As she continues to build her technical knowledge, she contributes to the team’s broader capabilities in this area.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with family and friends and is always looking for opportunities to learn something new, both personally and professionally. She also enjoys hobbies such as drawing, crocheting, and going to the gym.
